Job Description
Leonardo is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to support the activities of identification and analysis of the root cause in case of non-conformities or problems found during the production process. The resource will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to implement effective corrective actions and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Management Engineering, or technical diploma with relevant experience
- Junior (1-3 years of experience)
- Basic engineering knowledge, technical and managerial
- Familiarity with aeronautical topics and root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA)
- Basic knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9100)
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation, good communication, and collaboration skills
- English at a medium-advanced level (B2 or higher)
- Good knowledge of Excel, presentation tools (PowerPoint or similar)
