Job Description
We are looking for a student assistant to support our team in the department of facility management. The position is for 20 hours a week.
Requirements
- Assisting with logistics
- General office tasks and facility management
- Covering the reception desk
- Preparing for company events
- Supporting with kitchen inventory and grocery shopping
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Good MS Office skills
- Valid driver's license (class B)
- Ability to work independently
