Job Description
As an IT Support Engineer in the Enterprise IT department, you will work with a talented team of IT Engineers to deliver the best IT experience to employees. You will have first-hand exposure to new technologies, cloud systems, and networking infrastructure.
Requirements
- Knowledge of different Operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android
- Great Communication skills both written and verbal
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain and improve the current documentation used both internally and by our employees
