We’re seeking a commercially minded Sports Manager to help drive the development of our UK&I Sports function. This role will shape the delivery of the short, medium, and long-term Commercial strategy, developing our Football, Racing and Sports customer propositions. You will deliver compelling customer experiences that reward customers fairly and grow customer advocacy to the BetMGM brand.
Requirements
- Sportsbook and commercial experience within digital gambling, gaming, or other fast-paced digital industries.
- Broad expertise across betting and gaming - performance, product, operations, consumer, and commercial.
- Proven experience (external or internal), with strengths in problem solving, project prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communicator and influencer, skilled at delivering complex, actionable insights to senior executives with clarity and impact.
- Deep understanding of sportsbook and iGaming dynamics, KPIs and customer behaviours.
- Commercially minded, able to link data to business performance and strategic Outcomes.
