Job Description
We are looking for a Store Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support on HR matters, implementing and supporting store strategies and initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the overall business unit's HR strategy. The role involves managing the onboarding process, recruitment and selection of personnel, applying educational priorities, and serving as a reference point for employee-related matters.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of IT and familiarity with new technologies
