Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in human resources, industrial relations, or related field
- Relevant experience in recruitment and/or training
- Experience in a manufacturing environment: a major asset
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with rigor
- Excellent sense of organization and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mastery of French and English, oral and written
- Spanish: a major asset
- Good knowledge of HR tools (ATS, LMS, Excel, Office 365)
