Join Leslie's as a Service Tech 1 - Trainee and start a new career in the pool and spa care industry. As a Field Service Technician, you will provide exceptional service to customers, perform sales, installations, and repairs, and work outdoors at residential and commercial locations.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Working knowledge of general plumbing and/or electrical systems
- Basic ability to use a multi-meter and make electrical connections
- Strong customer service skills
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Team collaboration skills with Service Managers and peers
