Job Description
Leslie's is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. They will be responsible for communicating results and recommendations that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and operational improvement.
Requirements
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute internal financial statements
- Partner with FP&A leadership and key stakeholders to develop weekly, monthly, annual, and long-range financial forecasts
- Support the monthly P&L review process
- Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business strategies, risks, and profitability drivers
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams
- Provide ad hoc analyses and support special projects
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
