Police Officer (one or more)

The Lethbridge Police Service is hiring Police Officers. The successful candidate will be required to consent to a police security clearance, which includes a personal disclosure form, criminal and police records check, reference checks, and truth verification through polygraph examination. The hiring process involves multiple stages, including application, APREP testing, personal disclosure interview, behavioral descriptive interview, integrity and psychometric testing, security clearance check, and background check.

Requirements

• Must be a Canadian citizen, or have landed Immigrant status or permanent resident status.
• A Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
• Current, class 5 Driver's license, with no more than 5 demerits.
• Pass the vision and hearing form attached in the application.
• Not have any criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted, or any outstanding criminal or internal investigations prior to an offer of employment being made.
• Have a valid APCAT within 5 years.
