Job Description
The Dalcy is hiring a Banquet Operations Manager to manage the execution of onsite catering and banquet events. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in banquet operations management and a strong track record of leading and developing teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- 2+ years of experience in back of the house systems and food costing
- Skilled in leading and developing teams
- Experienced with inventory and BOH systems
