Job Description
Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is looking for a Chef de Cuisine with 2 years of Chef experience. Ema, located in Chicago's River North, is a Mediterranean restaurant showcasing Chef CJ Jacobson's lighter California style of cooking, highlighting local produce, unique spices and ingredients.
Requirements
- 2 years of Chef experience
- 4+ years of Chef de Cuisine experience in a full-service restaurant
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Skilled in managing BOH systems
