Job Description
Lettuce Entertain You is seeking a General Manager for a new late-night taco and drink spot in Nashville. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of GM experience in a high-volume, beverage-focused environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- 3+ years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant
- Skilled in leading and developing teams
- Experienced with inventory and BOH systems
