Job Description
Aba Austin is Now Hiring a Restaurant Beverage Manager to assist the Sr. Bar Manager/Sommelier on the cocktail, beer, & wine program as well as lead daily operations.
Requirements
- Manage all beverage inventories, cost-outs and pricing updates
- Lead pre-shift meetings and participate in line, temperature and cooler checks
- Organize, run and supervise smooth and efficient daily opening and closing shifts
- Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams
- Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business
