Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA service and experience in customizing SAP S/4HANA service
- Part- or project leadership experience in SAP CS, SAP CRM service, or SAP S/4HANA service
- Experience in business process analysis and optimization as well as in concept creation within SAP projects
- Very good understanding of processes in the service and after-sales areas
- Communicative consultant personality with a hands-on mentality and team player mentality
