Join Level AI as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and shape the future of AI-driven enterprise applications. You will be part of a team that empowers contact center stakeholders with real-time insights and facilitates data-driven decision-making.
Build and deploy LLM-powered agents, design and improve RAG pipelines, experiment with open-source/closed-source LLMs, implement and evaluate reasoning, planning, memory, and retrieval modules, and optimize ML and LLM systems.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in machine learning and NLP, experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and other similar ML libraries, and interest in model training, inference optimization, and GPUs.
