Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview

Join Level AI as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and shape the future of AI-driven enterprise applications. You will be part of a team that empowers contact center stakeholders with real-time insights and facilitates data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

Build and deploy LLM-powered agents, design and improve RAG pipelines, experiment with open-source/closed-source LLMs, implement and evaluate reasoning, planning, memory, and retrieval modules, and optimize ML and LLM systems.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in machine learning and NLP, experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and other similar ML libraries, and interest in model training, inference optimization, and GPUs.

Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in computer science or mathematics-related fields from tier-1 engineering institutes
• 3+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning and NLP
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Interest and experience with RAG and agentic AI concepts
• Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and other similar ML libraries
• Interest and experience in model training, inference optimization, and GPUs
• Experience deploying ML services using REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms
• Exposure to vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant, or similar
