Weave is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their self-empowered team and contribute to building AI-powered features. The team is cross-functional and highly autonomous, with a focus on making machine learning more approachable and data more available. The successful candidate will design and develop machine learning infrastructure, tooling, and models to help teams deliver world-class experiences.

Requirements

• High integrity, team-focused approach, and collaboration skills
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI
• Experience building and deploying ML driven B2B multi-tenant applications in production environments at scale
• Experience with common ML technologies such as Python, Jupyter, Workflow Engines, DVC, and others
• Experience with modern ML tools and techniques such as LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning, and others
