We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for new clients transitioning to Level Health plans.
Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employer groups
- Coordinate enrollment activities including data collection, document verification, system setup, and benefits education
- Communicate proactively and clearly with clients via phone, email, and video
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, account management, and operations teams
- Develop and refine onboarding workflows, templates, and documentation
- Track onboarding milestones and deadlines
- Conduct welcome calls, orientation sessions, and follow-up check-ins
