The Server role is responsible for making guests feel appreciated and welcome, conveying passion and knowledge for beer and entertainment, and working as a team to prioritize guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of health and sanitation code and policies
