Job Description
Lever Foundation is seeking a Plant-Based Foods Program Manager to work from home and promote plant-based foods in India. The job involves outreach, building relationships, and educating companies on the benefits of implementing stronger plant-based foods policies.
Requirements
- Extroverted and proactive in building relationships and personal networks
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and be highly engaging and persuasive
- Ability to work independently, with a very strong work ethic and a can-do mentality
- Ability to remain resilient and motivated when brushed off
- Personal interest in sustainability, animal welfare, or healthy eating
- Fluency in Hindi and conversational or fluent in English
