Senior Manager, Product Insights — Marketplace Insights

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Insights to join the Marketplace Insights team. The Senior Manager will translate complex business and product questions into clear, actionable insight plans that inform decisions across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer, product, or marketplace insights; apparel/retail experience is a plus.
• Experience executing and analyzing a range of qualitative and quantitative market research methods, including primary survey research, shopalongs, and syndicated data analysis.
• Ability to understand, integrate and synthesize a wide array of primary and secondary data to inform insightful observations and clear, actionable business implications.
• Proven people-management or coaching experience.
