Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in TI recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with clients in the financial, banking, government, or insurance sectors
- Mastering sourcing tools and knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency
- Rigor, attention to detail, and sense of organization
- Ability to work in both French and English
