Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration or related field
5 years of relevant experience in TI recruitment
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with clients in the financial, banking, government, or insurance sectors
Mastering sourcing tools and knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency
Rigor, attention to detail, and sense of organization
Ability to work in both French and English
