We are seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join our Conflicts Department within the Office of General Counsel. The role involves reviewing and analyzing conflicts check reports, identifying potential conflicts issues, and working with firm attorneys and staff to resolve and clear conflicts of interest.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership, in good standing, with the State Bar of New York
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm environment
- At least one (1) year of cumulative experience conducting lateral hire conflicts checks
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail, self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience with Aderant Expert
