Job Description
The Phoenix, AZ office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a legal secretary with litigation experience to work for a minimum of 4 attorneys, including docketing, scheduling, filing, and processing various tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three plus (3+) years of legal experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
