Job Description
College Outdoors On-Call Trip Staff lead outdoor trips for groups of college students, facilitating group dynamics, trip planning, and emergency situations. Must be able to perform physical activities of the outdoor trips.
Requirements
- 1 year experience leading outdoor group trips
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to honor and work with all identities and individuals
