Job description
Join our team at Lewis Energy Group as a Drilling Site Supervisor, responsible for managing drilling and well reconditioning activities. Ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations, in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Supervise daily drilling operations, make critical decisions on well control, drilling practices, and other technical aspects. Coordinate with engineers, geologists, and field teams to optimize drilling performance and communicate updates and recommended actions.
Lead daily safety meetings, maintain accurate records, and direct and supervise personnel on site. Monitor site expenses, promote a strong safety culture, and travel frequently to operational sites.
