Job Description
Office Nurse Practitioner - Lexington Health Family Practice. Assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients, develop and implement a plan of treatment, and provide diagnosis and treatment of common acute illnesses. Provide health education to patients and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Current licensure as RN in the State of South Carolina
- Certification by appropriate credentialing organization recognized by South Carolina as Nurse Practitioner
- CPR, BLS
