Job Description
LexMed PT - Sports Med is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide professional outpatient physical therapy services. The position focuses on restoring function and preventing disability following trauma or disease, involving treatments such as exercises, therapies, and measurements. It emphasizes patient-centered care and utilizes evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree or Higher in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of a PT program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent
- Licensed in the State of South Carolina by the SC State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
- CPR Certification
- Must meet the age requirements based on patient population.
