RN Clinical Coordinator - Stepdown Intensive Care Unit (SDICU)

Lexington Health is seeking a RN Clinical Coordinator to oversee Step Down ICU (SDICU) patients. This full-time position involves operational shifts, staff leadership, and ensuring continuity of care. The role requires a commitment to patient care, clinical judgment, and adherence to the hospital's standards.

Requirements

• Establishes positive rapport with patient and family.
• Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals.
• Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting accurately and timely.
• Uses a systematic critical-thinking approach to guide data gathering, assessment, nursing judgement, intervention, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with instructors from affiliating agencies.
• Participates in process/performance improvement activities.
• Follows infection-control policies.
