We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Carbon Quantitative team in Karlsruhe or Paris. The internship duration is 6 months and is ideal for an end-of-studies internship (PFE) or a gap year internship.
Requirements
- Programming experience in Python and SQL
- Mathematical background in optimization, operations research, stochastic calculus or related fields
- Strong communication and writing skills in English
- Comfortable handling and visualizing large data sets
- Strong problem-solving abilities, enjoys working in a team, takes initiatives
- Interest in energy markets, particularly in European gas trading and infrastructure
- Bachelor or master’s in industrial, financial, data engineering or comparable fields of study
