Manager Software Engineering

We are looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead and support a high‐performing engineering team focused on building scalable, secure, and production‐ready AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• Experience leading and supporting software engineering teams in a collaborative environment
• Strong working knowledge of Java, microservice
• Good to have python, React understanding. Understanding of Azure
• Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI and NLP
• Experience designing or supporting distributed systems using microservices and APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (Azure or similar)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and observability
• Awareness of application and code security best practices
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
