Requirements

• Proven experience working in a similar role with excellent technical leadership and Agile Software Development skills
• Expertise in various staffing and resource models, leading multiple development squads, and engaging with stakeholders
• Implementation, integration, and management of complex solutions, including organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills
• .NET, MVC, Web API, and JavaScript SPA frameworks expertise, with experience in database knowledge, virtualization, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage and delegate projects effectively
