LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new clients across the legal fraternity and selected corporate industries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, solution selling, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in commission-driven environments.
- Experience in industries such as software, insurance, telecoms, legal tech, risk/compliance, or subscription-based services preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives, partners, and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently without close supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Degree in Law or Business is advantageous, but not essential.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer accounts, leads, opportunities and sales activities.
