Client Adviser

Client Adviser role involves working collaboratively to build trusted relationships and drive meaningful growth through consultative, value-led sales, supporting sales conversations, and providing product and solution expertise.

Requirements

• Experience working with legal case management or document management tools, such as Visualfiles, EveryFile, or similar systems
• Legal industry experience, for example in a paralegal, business analyst, legal operations, or related role
• Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and build rapport with clients
• Comfortable learning new products and concepts, with the ability to pick up commercial knowledge over time
• Collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork, open discussion, and continuous learning
