Job Description
The Editorial Manager will lead a collaborative team to create and deliver high-quality legal content for the US market, managing content development, implementing modern workflows, and championing innovative practices, including AI-enabled solutions.
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent)
- Editorial or content development experience in publishing, media, or legal fields
- Leadership experience (3+ years preferred) with a focus on coaching and team development
- Strong organizational and process-management abilities
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions; proficiency in Excel
- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence in a matrixed environment
