Legal Customer Success Consultant

As a Legal Training Consultant, you will become an expert on the use of LexisNexis products and provide education and support to legal professionals. You will build solid relationships within accounts, understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation and lead generation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor, or comparable experience in a paralegal role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortability with delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment
• Proven sales and/or training experience
• Legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis tools
• Ability to partner and collaborate across teams with different functions
• Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally
