We are seeking a Manager Software Engineering - AI & Embedded Innovation to lead engineers in building internal, employee-facing AI products and platforms. The role involves partnering with Product Managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions that improve employee productivity, decision quality, and operational speed. The Manager will report progress, outcomes, and risks to senior technology leadership and contribute to the evolution of AI engineering standards, patterns, and ways of working.
