We are seeking a Manager Software Engineering to lead engineers in delivering modern, scalable products that make a measurable impact, shape engineering culture, and accelerate delivery through continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience delivering production systems
- Solid project planning and delivery management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams and concurrent workstreams
- Strong database and data modeling expertise
- Strong proficiency in modern development stacks
- Working knowledge of AI trends and practical ways AI can improve development and delivery outcomes
- Demonable knowledge of using Claude / Codex / CoPilot
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)
