We are seeking a Product Manager II to drive innovation and strategy for our Lexis+ and Protégé product portfolio, leveraging expertise in Search, AI, or LLM, with a bonus for experience in the legal domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with experience in working on SaaS or enterprise software product development, and a passion for legal technology and innovation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience, including work on AI- or LLM-powered products;
- Proficient in English speaking and writing, ability to understand legal domain and English legal writing;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
- Demonstrated success in working on SaaS or enterprise software product development;
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and drive execution with agile methodologies;
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influences stakeholders;
- Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences;
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics across adoption, engagement, and quality;
- Passion for legal technology and innovation, with a keen interest in enhancing the productivity of legal professionals;
- Ability to leverage metrics and qualitative feedback to assess progress against customer needs and business outcomes;
- Enthusiastic, self-starter mindset with a willingness to experiment with new products, processes, and frameworks;
- Experience applying methodologies to evaluate and improve generative AI quality being a plus (e.g., relevance, factual accuracy, grounding, user trust);
