Program Manager to manage and provide direction to a team of Project Managers and Project Analysts, responsible for project-managing cross-functional teams, driving a portfolio of moderate to complex projects, and collaborating to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Superb relationship management skills

- Expert project management skills with a proven track record of successful on-time/within-budget deliveries
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Agile knowledge required
- Advanced understanding of resource allocation
- Experience coordinating team work flow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong project delivery
- Ability to partner with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and to mitigate project impacts
- Experience delivering on projects of various size and duration
- Strong skills in setting, communicating, implementing, and achieving business objectives and goals through the direct management of others
- Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity
- Advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues
- Advanced communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
