Senior Software Engineer II to build and scale AI-powered internal tools at LexisNexis, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership. The role involves guiding technical decisions, establishing patterns and best practices, and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- Significant professional software development experience with increasing technical responsibility
- Strong full-stack engineering background
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-assisted and agentic development tools
- Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the integration of AI tools into real development workflows
- Strong debugging, code comprehension, and system-level problem-solving skills
