We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead to guide a team of developers in building impactful software solutions. This role involves hands-on coding, mentoring, and contributing to project planning and execution. You'll help shape technical direction, support team growth, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient in object-oriented programming (.NET/C# and JavaScript)
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus
- Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Skilled in test-driven development and working with complex data models
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical resources
- Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
