Job Description
The Estate Manager will be responsible for managing 12 high-end serviced flats in Abuja, including overseeing contractors, suppliers, and artisans, maintaining property upkeep, and responding to tenant concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management or any other related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in similar industry
- Excellent communication skills
