Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Human Resource to join our team. The role involves talent acquisition and retention, effective management and development processes, and building a high-performing organization through state-of-the-art HR processes and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
- Master degree in Management/Social Science
- Minimum of Fifteen (15) years post-qualification experience
- Seven (7) years leadership experience in Human Resource functions in a large conglomerate
- Specialised training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training and preventive labour relations
