Job Description
Responsible for managing the legal department, providing legal advisory services to the business, and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
Requirements
- Minimum of a 1st degree in Law, an LLM in Commercial law will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years post call experience, with experience in oil & gas, energy and manufacturing industries
- In-depth knowledge of international and local business and commercial law
- Experience in handling regulatory affairs and legal matters in the power sector will be an added advantage
- Prior involvement in big ticket and complex transactions is desirable
