Job Description
Our Client, leading operator in the cement manufacturing sector of the economy requires a competent, self-motivated and experienced person for immediate engagement as Head of Procurement.
Requirements
- Good first degree in relevant discipline
- Higher or Professional qualification in Supply Chain Management or Purchasing & Procurement (CPSMJISM would be an asset)
- Membership of relevant professional bodies
- Age between 30-45 years
- Proactive, Self-motivated, Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills (must be a team player)
- High level of drive, Result-Oriented and Good communication skills
- Minimum of 10 years in procurement and/or operation function
- Minimum of 5 years post graduate work experience in senior sourcing with exposure to supply chain management, complex strategic sourcing and optimal procurement processes
- Proven performance in managing and developing a Procurement/sourcing team
