Job Description
Human Resource and Admin Manager role leads and directs the HR team to deliver comprehensive HR services, undertakes general admission duties, and ensures compliance with government policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in social sciences, liberal arts, or law
- Computer literacy
- Registered member of CIPMN
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a structured organization
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, counseling, and communication skills
- Capacity to work long hours
