We are seeking a Marketing Associate to drive customer acquisition through scaled direct marketing channels, own and optimize multiple online and offline marketing channels, and generate breakthrough analytical insights to improve efficiency and ROI.
Requirements
- BSc or HND degree with strong academic background or equivalent experience
- +5 years of experience in marketing, online marketing, online advertising, Education Industry
- Experience with digital and performance marketing
- Understanding the educational market
- Exceptional ability to problem-solve individually or in a group setting
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
