Job Description
In the Leyden Labs CMC team, a new opportunity has opened up for a Technician Protein Analytics to work from our office in Leiden, the Netherlands. The role involves overseeing and executing experiments related to early and late-stage CMC activities, providing support on the set-up of experiments, preparing reagents and solutions, and operating analytical equipment.
Requirements
- Vocational degree with at least 5 years of experience or bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience within protein analysis and/or formulation development (industry experience required).
- Hands-on experience with the following techniques: HP-SEC, HP-IEX, RP-HPLC, cIEF, DLS/nDSF, CE-SDS
- Experience with protein purification is considered a plus.
- Experience with electronic lab notebook (ELN) is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch, including keeping a detailed laboratory notebook
- Good experience in working according to high quality standards
