Job Description
Route Helpers assist drivers in delivering product orders and maintaining accounts. This role involves vehicle maintenance, delivery, customer rapport, and accurate report completion. Employees may be cross-trained and assisted in other areas.
Requirements
- Learns and assists with all driver's duties, including vehicle maintenance, delivery, and safety.
- Develops and maintains customer rapport.
- Stocks shelves and handles out-of-stock/distribution issues.
- Maintains display and shelf set appearance.
