HR Associate / Specialist

This HR Associate/Specialist role will oversee company asset management, supplies, and maintenance, support events, employee programs, and HR processes. The position will also assist in recruitment, payroll management, and data management. Collaboration with department heads is key to identifying staffing needs and enhancing employer branding.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources and/or administrative/clerical work
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, and/or related field
• Bilingual in Korean & English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite & SAP
• Understanding of General Accounting Principles
• Payroll Experience with Paylocity
